Community Engagement Manager
Margaret Skrmetti is a corporate responsibility strategist and cause-driven communicator with more than a decade of experience building meaningful partnerships between the business and nonprofit sectors. She joined Morton Salt in November 2016 and is responsible for developing and leading social responsibility strategy across the US, Canada and Bahamas, with a focus on philanthropy and volunteerism. Previously, Margaret spent nearly seven years in the nonprofit sector, developing corporate sponsorship programs for some of the country’s leading cultural institutions including Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts and The Field Museum in Chicago. Prior to that, she worked in public relations. Margaret has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston University.
